the reducing size is not a new thing like a new technique or what, it's just that most of the time, creator don't really package their fullset correctly and just duplicate stuff, so removing the duplicate remove a lot from the size. just that nobody really thought about itit cannot be done easily for every fullset that exist though, but at least we can try for most of them
