Here's a quick tip: in the previous image, the "Viseme: TH" field was empty, which is what caused the mouth not to move. To fix this, you need to assign a similar blendshape, like sil, or others related to mouths.

Look, I see you're really getting annoyed with me. I told you how to fix some things, and what I wasn't going to share was the toon shader I made. That's all. If you want to crucify me, fine, but don't exaggerate. The model is there, and I already shared what you can do to fix some things.
@ZoroarkMommy True, some people have to chill a little bit, and if people still don't know how to do it, ill give it a try myself and drop it here, so you don't have to keep dealing with problems and yeah, help the people at the same time.

Zoroark literally explained how to do the common fixes. if they dont want to share their personal work, then thats fine. regardless, jokes on you if you dont know how or where to make those fixes, the only thing they are ''gatekeeping'' is a source of making this model look better. its a ripper site for fook sake, shiz aint gonna always be easy. do it yourselves if youre that pressed, we aint friends here.

@quantumspy It's a ripper site, so obviously people are gonna be pissed when you don't share. That's literally the point of the site. Also, that isn't the only thing. At the very least they could remove the shader and just share the fixed version if it was the shader they want to keep to themself. I don't think anybody is upset that they're keeping the shader; it's that they won't even share the fixed version. I don't think it's that hard to understand.

@CrystalWaters34 It's not a fixed version; it's just my own version testing how it would look with a shader similar to Breath of the Wild. It's something you can do yourselves; it wasn't meant to fix the existing shader, which you can customize however you want with Poiyomi.

@kingtiger88 Actually, no, it's nothing. I just don't share it. It's just a custom shader I made. Nobody's going to die if they don't have it. Just because I don't share it doesn't give anyone the right to say I'm the worst.

Ok, i've been reading this whole conversation and i came here to give an solution for everyone to calm down. @zoroarkmommy just copy+paste the model in another file, take your own shader off and give them the model without it, no one would bother you anymore and etc.

@Strawabz As if a beginner shader could solve all their model problems, they're so petty as to attack someone for something so mundane.

even with the reasoning he gave. It's a bit silly if you consider the purpose of the website. If that truly was the case, then would you not be better off being a victim of the website than using it? because I am not personally sharing even the knowledge that I have digital property at the ready, and even more so, I am not saying I can 100% share it and that it isn't a big deal, but I'm just not going to despite me knowing theres a demand. It comes across as spiteful, so I can 20000% understand the frustration anyone in this thread feels. you probably would of gotten more respect for finishing the avatar and trying to sell it on jinxxy. i mean it would ultimately gotten leaked here, but still.

@GRW_Nomad they would have gotten more flack if they did that , porting models that you shouldnt really even have and then trying to sell them is a quick way to get chewed out here

@ZoroarkMommy You don't seem to be understanding. We DON'T care about this 'personal shader' you had put on the model. We just care about the model's unity file being fixed without it using gogoloco and looking like it got crippled from being run over by a bus 7 times and it working properly. That's it. Let me repeat: We DO NOT care about the 'personal shader' you made. We only care about you sharing ONLY the fixed unity file. That's it.
