I was never able to figure out how to set this up, so I'm sharing it in here, enjoy.

reading the instructions it sounds like you have to add the sender prefab on the avatar of your lover or whoever is supposed to see the change and the changer prefab on your own avatar (the one that is supposed to reveal a change)
