GIFT: Huton Gimmick (Interactive Cloth)

I took the broken version from booth, it's free because the author couldn't fix it. It was made for VRC 2021, and I fixed it.
- Rewrote the shader that simulates cloth.
- Added nice texture.
- Installation is simple: just drop it into your avatar and you're done!

Updated, replaced MA fixed object to vrc constraint
This means that late joiners will now be able to see huton, although huton will be positioned near your feet when they enter the instance. VRC devs are weird guys, saving on synchronization that is only needed once when entering an instance. Like, you need to send a whole 20 bytes with a vector! That's a huge amount of traffic, lol -
