it used to be a public avatar called "Ghosty" uploaded by a user named "Loud_bubbles" they used to have lots of really good public avatars but for some reason they recently privated all of their avatars and changed their username to "Momma_bubbles"
if you go yo vrcdb.com and search for author loud_bubbles you can stil see all of their Avi's but you wont be able to use them due to the fact that they're all privated -

I’m sorry to see momma_bubbles clonables go, because they were ALL amazing! Completely understandable, why she stopped though, I just wish I knew the real names of all of her avi’s so I can find them and upload them for myself… I don’t suppose you could help me identify her other clonables? Unfortunately I don’t have any other pics but I would especially like to find the original name of her clonable she named “Luna”
