Hi! I just fixed this on my avatar. To lower the Phys Bone Components under 256, follow these steps:
- Go to your avatar's Armature in the Hierarchy.
- Look into the Head, Chest, and Hips bones.
- Search for bones ending in .merge (like hair or accessory duplicates).
- In the Inspector, find the VRC Phys Bone script on those bones and click Remove Component.
- If you still can't upload, check the Console for errors and clear them. Also, reduce your Texture Max Size to 1024 in the Inspector if your file size is too large (over 500MB).

@avi-2025 i removed the components off the hips underneath the armature but where is the head an chest ones or are they all the ones under the armature because i removed the components an lowered the texture size to 1024 an it still wont load for me :((

@NaughtyKitten Okay, it is NOT that one. You just go into the folder named "CRYSTAL", just that, and open the scene. And thats the right avi

@NaughtyKitten In the scene u click on her and go to expressions -> customize -> and put her menus and params
Edit: It worked first but now it isnt. I'll see if i can fix it

this is the way how i uploaded her, hope it will help
- go to the first folder called !CRYSTAL (not the one called Crystal) in the !CRYSTAL click open me - there will be two names in hierarchy, click the one named ( bri 4 1 4) check on the little box in right side inspector to show the avi on in scene
- under the bri 4 1 4, find one named amature, remove the physbone Component.( read above there alr some1 taught how to do that in the previous msg)
- lower down all textures to 1k
then you can get it uploaded
keep in mind this way, the sps, gogoloco and facetracking will not be worked, you will need to add them manually

@Kiwiii how do u fix the eye view cause i went into the inspector an edited the eye view an moved it to fix it but it did nothing to the avatar in game

hair dont move either no physbones on her hair i think
