Must be smth on your end because I uploaded it just fine, just make sure the thumbnail you're using isn't nsfw and the avi code thing is empty (I don't remember what it's called), you could also send screen shot of your console

Made a fixed unity package

It's telling me I don't have these files but they're literally right there underneath. I checked each one and they're all there. And it's on the avatar. Am I just fucking stupid

I think you might need the Gogo Loco prefab on your build of the avi, try installing it into VRCC, enabling it for that project, and reupload
