first time i came across this kind of thing i just kept refreshing the page over and over and wait for the dl symbol to momentarily appear and click til i get it. but a batter way to add &export=download at the end of the url after removing the /view section
edit: and remove the /file/d/ part after .com and add /u/0/uc?id= with the long string.
maybe the first way is better after explaining that. not that you'll run into it too often anyway. -
