The file came like this.
You have to make some adjustments yourself. Drag and drop the FBX file, select the Humanoid rig mode.
Then add the materials. Next, edit the VRC avatar descriptor.
And finally, copy and paste the avatar prefab, which already has all the PhysBones.
Then unmark the outline. -
As far as I can tell, the file is complete. There's no need to do anything complex as long as you have all the usual prerequisites added (Fury & Liltoon). Once you import the Frieren.unitypackage, navigate to Assets>Characters>Frieren, and there should be 2 models available. The Frieren.prefab should be clicked&dragged into your scene, and that should be all you need to do.
I'll add that, for anyone hoping for a particularly detailed avi, she looks very nice and accurate, but there isn't much functionality aside from a staff toggle and some super cute facial emotes. The blends are very bare, and the textures are unique .jpg files, so editing will take some skill.

There is no FBX. Instead, there is a .blend file that Unity must open with Blender to retrieve the meshes. Install Blender and reimport the package and the prefab should work correctly. If you already have Blender installed, or multiple versions of Blender installed, you may have a version that is too old. In that case, you should update Blender or change the default Blender version that your computer opens—thus the version that Unity uses—to the latest version you have installed and try again. To change the default program your computer uses to open a file (at least on win10), right-click on a file type you want to change, in this case a .blend file, scroll over 'Open with', click 'Choose another app', check 'Always use this app to open .blend files', select the latest version of Blender you have installed, and click 'OK'.

anyone have the working file for it beacuse the blender file dosent work for me nor dose doing any of the suggested fixes that were supose to help
