I don't think they would switch to an exe in the later versions or anything. I find this suspicious

EDIT: The first screenshot is from the creator's tutorial video. The second one is from the the unitypackage provided

I'm not saying this one is safe, but just want to point out that all face tracking patches end up executing an exe.
Usually, It's the hpatchz, is not exactly like this one, but is an exe in the end.
