Looks like the avatar i recreated, the outfit is straight jacket but they have removed the skirt part by the looks of it and possibly replaced it with the shorts from coolside. The ears are the KYOMI ears on booth. All of which have been posted on the forum i'm just personally too lazy so goodluck!

That part i'm not sure because i used a hair the closely resembles it but i'm pretty sure isn't the exact one.Edit: Realised it's been posted, my bad.
