We've all been young and know what puberty was like. If minors are exploring with each other LET THEM don't give them a complex like the seventh-day Adventist church did me let them deal with puberty and not feel shame of a normal part of being a human.
Who cares if an avatar has genitalia? so do those past puberty minors even if you wrap them up in a burka
