Gonna drop this note here, the VRModels store Quest version I dropped earlier,
WILL WORK FOR PC
As every Quest version Works For PC, but it in particular is broken with the following error:

@Rando Unless there's any other errors before that one, its an SDK error. "Packages\com.vrchat.core.vpm-resolver" is the VRChat Package Resolver Tool that downloads with the Base and Avatar SDK.

@j0xged3 I can confirm 0.1.27 is installed and no other errors, in any position, are present with that avatar's console logs

@Rando Doing a quick google search of the error, a post on the VRC forum said you can remove it to get rid of the error. Try that out

@j0xged3 I can't say how accurate that post is, as the current 3.x.x SDK will not work without the PRTool

@Rando Could try manually deleting the SDK from the packages folder in the project and reimporting it through Creator Companion. There's no documentation on the error other than the VRC forum and I've never got this issue before.

@j0xged3 Neither have I, and the VRCCC is how I imported it, including twice from scratch just to make sure it was done right
