To explain briefly, you do this on the model after converting the VRChat avatar to a VRM model using this tool.

I recommend you play around with the texture settings yourself; you can turn off settings like rimshade yourself.

@Shibane Hello, I talked to the person who made this the other day, and they said that it only works on the base manuka model, not on the (custom) configured model. If you did it, could you tell me how you did it? Unfortunately, they forgot to add this information.
