It's a .blend file, so it'll take work converting it. I have a tiny bit of experience converting models to vrc but I'm not that good yet but I will also try myself to convert it. This thread is mainly so someone better than I will hopefully help.

"It just works" VRC Port
Notes:
This version is a "it just works" version.
It could use some more work but im starting to get de-moralized to do that currently.
There is an "Flaw" with the skirt physics where when feet move it will clip into them.
I tried my best but i never had to give skirts physics and i'd probably need to re-rig
the entire skirt.Uses free Poiyomi Toon no other dependencies needed.
If you don't like the look thats fine replace it with any shader you want.blend file included with the download !!!AUTO-RIG PRO REQUIRED!!! to be able to export. The blend file is an "organazied" unorganized mess.
Provided as is might work on it further in the future but not right now unless my workoholic urges kick in.
