it would seem this avatars creator just cant seem to release a avatar with working eyes and thiccwater effects this is not their first avatar with these effects broken their dee/unicorn avatar has the same issue and they dont list on the avatars page that it requires those eyes i have the eyes if anyone wants them let me know and ill upload them

turns out i have the other eyes from the creator of the anime eyes however someone earlier said to just add audio link through the vcc i tried that and it actually worked
