that shouldn't be the problem, it's a dummy path. some creators use it. so it's supposed to throw that error.

just drag and drop the parameter file into the parameters thing, that's just a visual thing though, means little to see that error inside an expressions menu.

So strange how I optimized the avatar to the point of where it uses way less vram and it still lags

Use any other avatar with more texture memory and it doesn't lag

@AvtorNtet no its litterly that easy. even good ol zangief could do it. its as easy and clicking the things you dont need. like take the knife as example. and press the delete key.
what i advice. is pressing cntrl + D on a avi so you make a clone of it. and then slowly start deleting things you dont need. there is a list called modular objects in your avatar. youll find alot of the extra features. in that list.

@Zangief Do you know why the model doesn't have any sounds? it seems that the same heartbeat sound is set in the settings, but you can't hear it in the game even after switching to the menu, and I would also like to know where to see how many systems are recommended, and how many I have installed.

No version uploads for me. It all fails to upload at the brink of "Uploading File". Ugh.

@Exterminatus What's the mistake? You've tried downloading it several times because there's nothing to make an error, and trying again will solve it.
@AvtorNtet I meant version as in the hierarchy. None of the prefabs upload, they get very close before ceasing entirely.

I stand corrected on my own post, the Dancer versions upload fine. Not sure why the main ones wont.

yea, i had to perfectly match what dependencies it needed in order to get the full version to upload perfectly. newer versions would just break things.

The avi is an absolute performance bomb, it's kinda crazy.
@Unicornfarts yeah I wish people wouldn't do that, had avatars with tons of toggles with hardly any performance taken up

yea, i made a brand new unity package and made it to the exact specifications above, then imported the avatar and opened the scene file, deleted all but the full version, then imported the dependencies file, and used that dependencies fix to patch vrcfury and finally uploaded the full avi, everything including particles seems to be working so far, but haven't tried the portals yet.

well... after removing almost all the modular parts that were not important, I increased the frame rate per second to 30 instead of 25... something is wrong with the model, either what I deleted needs to be cut somewhere else, or there are too many bones in the model (about 400+ out of 256 maximum, which are shown when uploading)
