quest version only has these deleted:
most of the jewelry but earings are still there
sailor ID
charm on pants
the lace is no longer visible on the underwear
chains and halters arent on the harness anymore
pasties are gone
wings are gone

(the deleted things are ONLY deleted on the quest version
