She's released the anime head and fixed "various small clipping issues" which doesn't come close to fixing all the stuff I found wrong with it my damn self, so I guess it's whatever. Once she released it and made her money, time to move on to the next avatar I guess. Bleh.

@omegablaster yes it is as u illegaly take smth. it's like stealing as u didn't pay for it.
Why getting mad over pixels? either pay yourself or get them on vrm, at the end of the day everything will be leaked anyways, so why gatekeep.

@a-demon all that can be done is a creator trying to find you and thus banning you from purchasing from their store (ironic ik) and their discord and other social media, as we are only consumers in this case (unless you try and sell the leaked stuff ofc, that's illegal). Just don't go directly against vrc tos after you have the assets and you're perfectly fine to upload yourself a private version of the avi without any true legal risk. The only ones at (U.S.) legal risk are the ones hosting the downloads in this case, and those are just punishable by a dmca takedown and possible fines.
Digital assets have been a huge issue these past couple decades to try and keep private, and to even prosecute anything for that matter, and while there might be some penal code somewhere making the act of getting these assets 'illegal,' it would cost more in court fees than what they'd recover from someone uploading leaked assets to a game when the uploader makes no money off of the act themselves.
