Not to bring this back from the dead 2 months later, but this application...does it even work?
Just following instructions, I put both avatars in one scene, mark one for the head, mark one for the body, and it says it successfully creates, but then nothing happens. No 'third avatar' appears like the implied photos on the booth page. Just two avatars that look exactly the same, and one avatar has super gangly arms since it's not supposed to be the body - but still has a body.

@KamenRiderPixel I've noticed that some models don't differentiate their head and body portions exactly, and they're modeled more like a whole unit. Could it be that one of your chosen ones falls under that description?
