An adorable Milltina edit that is public on vrc I was hoping someone could rip this and convert it to Unity.

Imported the model, messed with it for about an hour, cant figure this out so im back here.
Where is the rest of her body? Thighs and Torso are missing? None of the outfit toggles are working.
plz help, what am i doing wrong?
Is there some magical unity package I need for this? I mean it's gotta be something with the physbones id imagine -
