It would be really nice if the people who post avatar files would include the instructions as well, if they're not already included on the store page (like in this case) ;-;
@birdy007 Sometimes who shares the file didren't even bougth the file and got it from someone or somewhere else. So probrably that why is not inculded.
But the instrustion are kinda always the same for every avatar
Poiyomi
Vrfury
Any other shader that come added exclusive to the model (This only if come in specify whit a shader in the description of the model)
Then the modelOther thing I add is gesture manager but not necesarly is just an option to check the model in unity there toggles

Uploading the updated files, only changed the unity packages, I did not add anything else, all the old substance files, and extras are still there.

The merged menu uses parameters that aren't in the merged parameters file:
FaceTrackingEmulation (used by Settings/Face Tracking Emulation)
FaceTrackingLimits (used by Settings/Face Tracking Limits)
FT/EyeSync (used by Settings/Eye Sync)(Exception in CheckMenuParams at FullControllerBuilder.cs:183:9)

@BLVRD I don't fuck around with the face tracking, but from the error you posted looks like you are just missing parameters after VRCFury attempts to build and merge menus.
- Your FaceTracking DLC you are using might be missing something so you should redownload the version you need and reinstall it into your project.
- Make sure VRCFury is up to date, if you need to remove it from your project, then re add it in.
