This requires a license key to even get the asset working, so you'd need to modify the contents and get that restriction removed before uploading for download. I wouldn't expect something like that unless there's a known easy fix in the community

I'm not seeing this on my side, where do you get this box? (first one you posted can just be closed.)
Edit, while i didn't see it on upload, I did see where that is called and removed the checks for it, hope it helps. updated file found at original url - Let me know if this fixed it for you.

How do I get it from a bunch of number files to what I need. Is it vrfury? am I not importing it right?

You should just import the .unitypackage and then use the included example shaders, or change your material to the new shader it adds. You can also check out [Their Docs] for how to use the shader.
