@GoobNugget hiya, thx for offering though I think some things are beyond recoverable ( ex original parameters( most probably the novabeast ones are ok but there are also some custom ones for ft that I need ) ) If you can fix those you're amazing ty
I'll send compile and send the unity package when I get home.

it had a problem but it was fixable by defaulting the animation locomotion controller to the defaul one instead of the vrcfury one, but except that everything is working as it should

ps: i made some emision maps and ajusted the shading. i'll post a working unitypackage when i get home
