Totally forgot to mention!
YES, you may get a eye shader error, to fix that I swapped it over to the 2019 Unity/SDK and it fixed itself there (everything works on the model!) but you CAN use the 2022 Unity/SDK but then you will most likely need to grab the eyeshader which can be found on VRModels as linked above. ^_^
