UPDATE: If you all want this outfit for an avatar, there's a new tool called Mochifitter. It can fit pretty much any outfit to any avatar so long as the avatar has a profile made.
So, the Manuka version was already linked. Mochifitter comes with a Manuka profile. You can find other profiles on the post to Mochifitter I linked. I tried it myself with another outfit and it worked perfectly and was fortunately super easy too. It also syncs blendshapes!
