@twink I have actually been out all day. There is more than one moderator that can take action. We all have a connected group chat where we share report information to keep better updated on the forum. We are currently working on a system that will replace the bumping comments but until it is implemented, we have to make do. You can view on someone's profile the last time they were active, so you could've seen that I hadn't been online for hours. There is a rule system but most of those rules rely on common sense. I am not the owner of this site nor am I even a co-owner. I am just a forum mod so if you wish to speak about the rules of the site, please contact a higher up. They are as follows-

Any nudity has to be censored, clothing is fine -
Respect Between Members
No harassment, trolling, or personal attacks. -
No Spam

Bumps: Once Every 24 Hours
Users should only bump their threads once per day. -
No Hate Speech or Discrimination
Instant action on racism, slurs, or any kind of targeted hate. -
No Illegal Content
Strictly no illegal material (ex: CP, Gore)..
