@Roflgator There's link at the top on what you need to fix a VRCA and I'm sure there's tutorials online.
However simply ripping it and converting the file would give you enough information about what the model is and what it's mixed with (if anything) that you could then just go ahead and make it yourself your own way.
If it is a head swap you'd likely need to learn a whole entire other program anyways (blender) unfortunately which is arguably harder.
Either way, hope you all figure something out!
