@realalatoss not really, I'm still working on the project. It's just going really slow since my Uni decided to give us 3 major projects which piled up my workload for the whole semester.
On my free time though, I've been trying to extract the textures from the mod using different halo asset extractors (since I have it backed up before it got removed) but no luck.
Since it took me like 2 weeks without getting the textures... At this point. I'd probably just fix the UV. Export that and make a new texture on clip studio paint, then get the texture as close as possible to the original.

@xCorv well I'm nearly done putting the texture
don't know where to put the *_material.tiff so I just put them on metallic surface and seems to be right... I think?luckily I got some time today, but I don't know if I'll have the time for a full rigging with auto rig pro or rigify and do the shapekeys. Though it has basic rigging form the mod, so that's a plus.

It has all the textures, proper UV mapping, vertex groups and has basic rigging. But it doesn't have shapekeys and missing a better rigging (no rigging for the mouth as well). I'll continue when I have free time, but if anyone wants to continue on the shapekeys and rigging feel free to do so.

question, i have the Nisha model, the blue snake girl but she is a mod for marvel verses game, i have the data wondering if you can extract the model?

@Sirlockinbottom sadly I'm going to be far too busy to try extracting it using UE extractors these coming weeks. (exams and projects for my Uni)
My best guess would probably be to try and use UnrealReZen or UEcastoc for the ucas and utoc files (or do the method before when getting the aggron model with the pak file)
