Im having big issues uploading him everytime i try it says im uploading an avatar we dont own and its misisng a mono script

For those who are getting an error when loading an AVATAR in VRC, you need to delete the empty script (it's grayed out)
from Hierarchy > Wholesome Lollipop.
In the Inspector, there will be one of three empty scripts.
