I think we need just the steps to get it running, Im working on figuring out the errors myself right now lol Im guessing from messing around you need the OG KFN model in the project at lease and delete the copies of files that come from importing the thicc files from above in the post.
@Xrannos All the needed files are in the project. You just add it as an existing project the the VCC

I have no idea what I'm doing@Lumi222 In VRChat creator companion, go to create a new project, but click the dropdown arrow and select "Add existing project." Then just select the DFN folder that contains folders such as Assets and Packages and add that as the project. Then just open it.

@eeveemaster1234 maybe because the zip folder is already a unity project that you add as an existing project.
worked perfectly fine for me -

@eeveemaster1234 alll you gotta do is extract the zip folder so its a normal file folder then go on the creator companion and click add existing project then select the folder you just extracted and boom you can open the project and do as you please

Did all what it needs to do and it worked totally fine for me. unzipped the file with winrar and added the extracted folder as an Existing Project and done. ^^
didn't need to add anything or something it worked all fine.
