@Sythra i feel that. if the store page doesnt have some kind of in-game toggle showcase theres just no way im trusting it
Even the toggle showcases tend to look heavily edited from what I've seen on a lot of models. It's so hard to trust creators especially when they also rush their product out like crazy. I just bought an avatar recently that had broken shoe toggles and issues with the hair that the creator should have 100% rectified prior to release but they didn't and it was a $50 model. Absolutely insane for a model to have issues like that for such a high price tag... but creators would rather shit out model after model to line their pockets instead of taking their time on things.

yeah the flashy camera movements and overwhelming screen effects on most showcase vids feel more like a show of editing rather than an introduction of the product to customers

BUMP! dramatic increase in quality from this avatar creator! its an expected price. remind me of sushi's avis - but i guess sushi doesnt own that style of hair + emissions, outlines, and rim lighting. honestly, this style of doing materials should be much more common. regardless of the base, it makes any avatar look polished. in fact, i dont think that i would use this avi if it didnt have the good materials; its almost 500k triangles, and i prefer a much different clothing style than this offers! i am drawn to it regardless, and i think its because of the materials only.
is copying sushi's material style bad? like, in terms of how the community would think. i dont know if sushi qm cares, but i dont want to hurt her feelings by asking -
