Bought some time ago, I'd say don't bother unless you know blender cause it's only the .fbx file. There is no VRCfury install and no weight paint, meaning that the armature link won't work and the dress will just float on your avatar's chest.
Tried to reach the creator and got 0 support from them. A waste of 10 dollars.
I'll see if I can find the file again and upload it in case. -
