Thank you!From what I can Guess about your tools or method, I can understand why the Bonfie avatar didn't work because that avatar got published after the avatar security update. (Again i'm not 100% sure, it's just a guess)
Though I'm still happy with the results!If it's fine with you I have three others i'd like that should hopefully work,

@Jerrycan735 Hello, I would say your partly correct? Its got a mind of its own. it can work sometimes with after update avatars or it wont, same with avatars before the update. It ether works or it doesn't. I think it has just something on the avatars causes it to bug out. I always run it twice to make sure and sometimes on the second try it pops up. Anyway that's enough yapping outta me ill get your vrcas now! lol

@Kanin Sorry to bother you , I need to ask you some question. I found some .vrca file got from other ways also can be decompile by ARC. But I have a problem that some .vrca can be decompile without maintain texture. Do you know how to solve this question?

what do you mean by maintain texture? like the texture doesn't appear in the folder after decompile? or is the material missing?
@Kanin What I mean is that after unpacking the model, the textures in folder Texture2D are completely missingβonly a few icon images remain.

There's a model uploaded in 2024 that still loses its textures after being decompiled by ARC. Does this mean encryption methods for textures already existed in 2024, or could there be other reasons?
