@yoobingbong is that really manukas ears?? i tried checking but they dont have the earrings on it or anything. They are also very fluffy in the twitter link I posted

The default ears don't have piercings, in both the image in your post and twitter they're the default ears, you can apply shaders (like poiyomi) to change the texture on it so that it has a fur-like fluffyness but the shape and all are the default ears

These aren't the Manuka ears, the person who made this model was using these ears before the Manuka release.
The ears are most likely the ears from this model https://booth.pm/en/items/2554585 - judging by the shading and similar fluff points in the ear.
