i have a few tutorials that i used when i was first learning how to add face tracking to avatars, maybe they could be of use to you.
use this tutorial to make the masks:

I dont know if anyone still wants face tracking on this avi but I can give it a shot? It might not be the best but it'll be something.

I rip clothing off of avatars and add it to others. I also add face tracking if the avatar doesn't have it. DM me if you need either :D

@solanflower yes it and was still too much. i also removed sps and added d4rks and it was still too many params so i did some other stuff and it seems to have worked but i havent seen the model in game yet. still waiting.

okay so it uploaded and the FT works and all the toggles work fine after i used d4rks and https://github.com/JeTeeS/MemoryOptimizer you gotta go into the setting of it and optimize the params, if you need me to upload it for you or sum lmk

but there is a slight clipping of the eyeball into the eyelid but its not too major, FT works fine:). i did delete the sps off mine but if you use both d4rks and JeTees maybe you wont have to?

okay then jus do what i put and it should work fine. took an hour to upload for me which is waayyy longer than most projects take for me
