The 3.1 google drive now has 4.2 in it.

Updated it to have 4.5.1 and the quick fix too. The quick fix is if you are using version 4.5 and are going to 4.5.1 otherwise the full 4.5.1 version is fine for upgrading from 4.2

@KamenRiderPixel It only has a mute function, maybe the people who have their ears blasted should turn avatar sounds down. That can help make it better. I generally have mine at 20% and it isn't that loud.
