Debating purchasing the models to support Fennah and his work but until I can afford it I'll make a post here.
These are not VRChat avatars but they are animation rigs that I'll convert.@xXAlphaWolfXx i brought the lucy lacemaker but a friend said it was low poly

@pennywise it is low poly, is there anything wrong with that? it works and renders as it should.

@xXAlphaWolfXx no not at all im just waiting for a friend to rig it if they ever get to it
-
@pennywise i'll probably get around to it eventually, but the problem is the fur. the model itself without the fur is actually quite poor and full of holes. since fur in blender is a particle and not a mesh that you can export, i would have to fix parts of the model + probably make a length (?) map for a fur shader or something, and even then the fur wouldn't have any physics. even if i can't make it a vrchat avatar, i can use it as reference to make something similar.
-
@pennywise i totally understand why your friend wouldn't want to rig it, it's always going to end up looking drastically different from the actual model unless it was made with vrchat in mind

@Keyman01 unfortunately most of these models are too unsalvageable to port to vrc, the fur just covers up how much jank there is. you'd be better off just making your own or getting someone else to do it. works for blender animation (if you don't look too close) but nothing beyond that

@xXAlphaWolfXx Thank you!!
