LF: A better port of this Android 21 model for VRChat

I've been waiting for a better port of this model to VRChat for a long time, but I don't think anyone has ported this model fully as the model is designed to be yet.
[NSFW!!] https://smutba.se/project/435cb7fb-209c-435d-b694-f6260ed5b18b/The VRC avatar of this model I currently use isn't exactly great. It's developed quite a few flaws over time that make the model undesirable as someone who just likes the original model for it's base features.
The person who made that avatar has added a huge amount of additional features over time, which clearly took a lot of effort but I never use them as I think they're ill fitting in most cases and would have preferred if they focused on the quality of the base model instead.
When their avatar was in active development, the creator frequently added more and more outfits and extra transformations until the avatar file size had become greatly bogged down for someone who uses none of those things. The file size of the avatar had grown to 120MB compressed and 410MB uncompressed which is enough of a compression ratio to crash the game when unpacked on even moderately powerful hardware; so if you do start working on this, it would be better to totally start over instead of tracking down their version.
If anyone would like to take up the mantle of making a better Android 21 avatar than what is currently available, I would be forever indebted to whoever makes it, but I have a small list of requests I would like extra attentive care towards, as some of these are flaws in the avatar I no longer wish to use.
List of specific fixes I'd like extra especial care with while porting:

If you make facial animations, please allow them to be disabled in the expressions menu.

Android 21's hair needs a lot of bones, but please make sure to put restraints on the front pieces especially to prevent it from clipping into the head and causing her hair to get fully slicked back. Flowing hair is super cute, so if you wanna make every little piece a little jiggly go wild.

Android 21's minidress doesn't need bones to flop around like most creators have done before, I would prefer it to bend and stretch around her leg movements like a pencil dress would instead, as that is what her outfit is supposed to do.

Android 21's Labcoat can be all loose and floppy, but please just make sure it can't somehow fold and get stuck inside itself like the model I'm dropping.

Can you let me mix the shoes with the outfits? I wanna wear those thigh high boots from the leotard outfit everywhere. (Did you know wearing nothing but shoes feels more naked then being fully naked?)

Can you let me override the leotard tail with 21's tail instead on a toggle? Just if anyone prefers that.

If someone can make a complete unity package this request I think I'd literally explode like a firecracker.

nopt only that i want 21, but also very few other dbz female characters like either Caulifla or Kefla to be nsfw models, that are actually good and not poorly extracted from games

@Letecus yeah, It seems that very few models of DB characters in general are all of those qualities at the same time, not just the female characters.
Finding a model that is style accurate, not ripped or edited from a game, nsfw, animation quality and feature rich seems extremely difficult for any character.
