@callmeac All of that is true except for the case of "Original file uploader gets IP banned from file sharing sites and those who downloaded the file refuse to re-upload on their behalf"
I just think it might be a safer option
Then again you could argue that one of the creator's friends/followers sees this thread and asks for the file only to turn around and snitch so I'm not too sure on myself now
@CrystalWaters34 Regardless of whether this or that, I can only provide the .vrca as I do not have the time to recomp it into a unity project, i had to sift through 7tb of vrcas to find this one I can't do more due to personal stuff. I'll stop yappin anyways here you fellas this version got a huge willy toggle too

Why is everyone still trying to find it? It's right here, just needs to be turned into a unitypackage which someone is already doing.

I don't feel like updating models that I don't have, cause of the fact that everyone updates them into their own ways of course.
Everyone always changes how a model should be, so with that said.
If you got the model already, you're good.
But if you can show pictures of what sort of update it is, I might bite. -
