Yes When you click VR chat mobile, then either toon lit or standard.Light it turns the entire thing green

I know why. Vertex colours were assigned to the model, which means that it will inherit those colours with certain materials. You need to go into blender, select the mesh, and then locate colour attributes tab and remove the colour attributes.

@dante select object in blender, click data tab, find colour attributes, delete any entries in there. File > Export > FBX. Make sure you set Apply Scalings to FBX All and disable add leaf bones in the armature section. This can be found in the side panel under the different sections
