Sorry, none of those are my uploads, just stuff I found already uploaded (and there's a lot else still floating around). There's about six other threads where somebody was looking for Ashley's blender files, so it'll turn up eventually.
I say this as a total newbie: I know that once you load up a unitypackage, there will be a .fbx file somewhere in the assets. Right click it and Unity will show where it is in the project's files. You can import that into blender. I don't know how it's different from a full .blend file, but maybe enough for what you're trying to do?

Probably more around here, I'm getting sleepy so that's all I could find.
It seems like you can get something that will work in Blender out of a Unitypackage but I'm a newbie so don't quote me on that.There'll be a .fbx file somewhere in the assets after you open the unitypackage. You can import that into blender, but all I had time to do was go "yup, it opened, that looks like the model," so I don't know how useful that is.@catsyrup5000 so remains mipha and venom

Not 100% sure. I know he hasn't made a human version of 2B from Nier Automata.
Also: I was trying to stick with stuff Mayo's released on Patreon like OP asked, excluding stuff on Gumroad etc. If you're looking for not-Patreon stuff, probably best to search here on ripperstore, kenono, or vrm for it by name.ETA: dug around on Kemono, found blender versions of both furry and human Jane Doe, but they're "free samples" - there are ways to convert/import glb files to Blender, but I don't have any experience with that.

Yeah that's the model, it was uploaded on another thread as well but looks like the link expired. It's only in vrc version, but you could import it to unity first to get the fbx, then import to blender (as posted above https://forum.ripper.store/post/1012787)
But a few things to note:
- It's rigged but only basic rigging, but workable.
- Use the textures from furry jane doe instead for higher resolution, since the human textures are also there.
- The foot is not hidden by default, so you will need to add a mask on foot L and R vertex groups (and claws)
