Hollow Knight Hornet / Infected Vessel

I am looking for an avatar, and do not know the creator or source. The images below are taken by me using the avatar, but over a year ago on an account that no longer exists. I appreciate any information or files. It is a Hornet avatar that has toggles to switch into the Infected Vessel, but beyond this, it is VERY simple. If memory serves, no cape no weapon and no Infected DPS, only a handful of self-running animations
