@BunnyGirlsRCute lower the texture size, most textures don't need to be over 1k unless they're heavy detailed (ie. face/skin for tattoos). if its still too large you might want to consider running an avatar optimizer on it. i optimize with this, can take a little while depending on the size of the avatar but its well worth it -> https://github.com/d4rkc0d3r/d4rkAvatarOptimizer

@jackalrabbit I attempted to use the optimizer but it still has my files too big...I'm at a loss on how to get this to work. In love with the avi...sorry it's an old thread. Any help with a solution?
