I just joined someone who had it unlocked.
And when asked, he replied that there are two more codes, but not everyone gets them.He didn't want to reveal the code itself because, according to him, not many people have it and so it would be easy to find out who passed it on.

Currently Premium and Spicy are avalible and working (as long the new system gets released)
There are More special Codes that do more things but so far i know the creator gave only some people the extra codes or some of them. (I don't think anyone will publish them) -
