@Sc4rletz Yeah, you've got to learn to walk before you learn to run. Making a custom avi is a lot more complicated than just uploading an existing one. Some avatars include upload instructions, but not all of them. In general, you're going to want to make a 2022 project in VCC. I always add VRCFury and Gesture Manager. Some avatars require additional packages (sometimes things like Modular Avatar or Avatar 3.0 Manager). Some avatars include their own shaders, but most of the time once you've opened your project in Unity, you're going to need to import Poiyomi first. (You can find the latest version of Poiyomi in this thread: https://forum.ripper.store/topic/17276/poiyomi-shaders-dump-35-gb/266) Once you've imported Poiyomi, then import the avatar's Unitypackage. Check to make sure there isn't a blueprint ID leftover before you try to upload it. If there is, remove it first or you'll get an error and the upload will fail. If you're lucky, you'll be able to upload it basically as-is from this point though. I hope that helps. There are definitely some basic tutorials for how to do this on YouTube.
