I am not certain, but it kind of reminds me of ash because of the lash line. There might be an option in blendshapes to take out that middle lash? the rest is probably textures and editing the face in blendshapes, at least that is if it is ash

The face looks like Komano edit, I'm not sure about the body. I don't think it would be too hard to replicate if you wanted to the first outfit is just some Maison Darc assets which all of those things can be found on here
