I am not sure what is going on with my side, but when I try to port it to quest, the clothes get a little weird is there a way to fix this?

I would absolutely love if someone would be able to convert this into at least a PC only VRC Avi. I can't even get past Blender as I do not understand why I am having so many issues with converting the model stuff from Blender to Unity myself, and I am very new to blender so I have absolutely no idea what I am doing outside of basic FBX transfering which Unity has a few issues with.

I do not really care if the Dragon is included or not.
