make sure it has the correct ending (.unitypackage)
If you download unitypackage from Google drive it most time adds a .gz at the end that you can simpty remove.

@Sirlockinbottom you are probably new to this stuff.
Nearly every Avatar from VRChat has an FBX in the project. (as long its not ripped or a converted VRM Avatar)
Simply put the Unitypackage in unity and look in the Folders.

simply import the fbx into blender xD

for PC it's mostly the same.
if you go over the Max Limits then the server checks will fail the first time you try to use the Avatar.
With the new Server Check system most upload bypass getting detected after the upload.

@Donut for quest?
even if you would be able to upload it the server check later would deactivate it later and you could because of no Official SDK get a temp ban.
