Pretty sure you'll have to take the FBX back into Blender and duplicate some of the Shapekeys and rename them to MMD compatible terms/words.
If I find a video or guide I'll link it here. I don't remember all the MMD terms/words needed off the top of my head

If you feel confident that it's nothing and falsely flagged, you can by all means take the risk and look at it, but I'm gonna stay on the safe side and not.. Even if I did waste money on it.. orz

Not sure why there would be a weird script in a simple settings preset for a Material. Doesn't make sense to me.
